No exception going forward for infrastructure issue
My supervisor mentioned that the work-from-office exception for infrastructure issues is no longer in effect, and that going forward, we must visit the office even if we don’t have an ODC or an assigned seat.Could anyone confirm if this is correct?

Don't spread Rumours for God's sake have you gone mad @OurInsurance32 what is in benefit for you for spreading such kind of rumours ban these type of people who always spread negativity

Fooling you ... maybe he is scared of providing you exception ... he could be call out for giving exception and not solving the infrastructure issue

Take that in email and ask them to provide the solution of how to login without network.

Wrong news .please do your work

Just to be clear, when you say infra that means that you cannot access the customer system from general or non project odc. If that is the case then exception approvals are still allowed otherwise you can summarise your discussion in an email and mention that you would be offline during office visit hours and he should be ok with that.

Your manager is fooling you. Ask him why the process of giving exception is there in ultimatix if this is no longer applicable.

Nothing like that if the system allows you can raise it
Depends on the project.
