No early relieving being given

I am resigning for personal and professional reasons ,management is aware about my situation,but my manager insists to serve the full notice period. What shall I do ? Buy out has been taken out them as an option .

They never do. If your last day is on a Monday or Tuesday, they will offer to relive you on the last Friday. Do not accept it. They will reduce your pay for sat and Sunday as well.

If you have dependency on the team then manager may ask you to serve full notice period , but if your personal reason is the priority better to have discussion with the respective HR
