Trending @Capgemini; No early release even for medical reason??
I have discussed with my BU HR and I have medical issues and want to get an early exit. She told it's not at all possible. They can give me leaves without pay for 90 days but I have to serve it. Do you have any idea what I can do in this situation. I am not even sure how to escalate this to higher level. Can someone help?

If you're on the bench you should get an early exit, but if you're on a project you should serve full notice for account billing

I'm tagged to some random project and practically have no work or responsibilities. I'm unable to travel to office(12 mandatory days)due to medical reasons. But another company is ready to offer complete work from home for me. How can capgemini not release me early in this kind of situation and how can I escalate this issue further

Yes escalate this issue.

Is there is any genuine medical reason so u can take leave 9 day in a month .

I had a surgery for my knee and have all the medical documents. I have an other offer which is willing to give me complete work from home. But Capgemini is not willing to give early release and wanted to serve notice period with leaves for loss of pay

I heard there's a new thing called early release. Is that simply a rumour or it's true we have to server notice period of 90 days no matter what?

They are not agreeing for early release no matter what. Even when it's a medical emergency, they are denying it

If you have a legitimate medical reason, you can always raise this with higher ups

Take a release from project first' then from company

Then I think no ask to hr force him
