With all these diversity and inclusivity emails almost everyday, having online events for Halloween, Accenture didn’t had the time to wish their Indian employees a Happy Diwali. I am done with this double standard org. Did anyone got diwali email?

can’t complain. Mai wese v nahi accenture ka mail nahi dekha tha. I didn’t expect hikes even. Mujhe nearly 1-2weeks se kaam nahi mila . Nobody asks me nothing… being honest, march se mujhe acha wala kaam nahi mila… jo v mila development kar diya… abhi interview ke liye prepare kar raha hu. 3.5years se WFH hai bhai aur kya hi chahiye. Nobody bothers me.bas salary kaam hai 5.25L shayad … accenture mere course ke liye 10-15k pay kar raha hai… ab kya hi complain karu… hike liye kaam nahi kiya… last project mai kaam kiya tha, performer of the month mila, ghis ghis ke kaam kiya tha, later project cost cutting kar Diya. Mujhe nikal diya… kya fyda bhai… abhi switch karunga uske baad Govt job ke liye prepare v karna hai… 4 saal ho jayega ye IT mai … itna mazza v nahi araha, tho i love my tech stack but kya kare job satisfaction nahi hai… mere sare dost 30-40lakh kama Rahe hai at the age 25-26 , mere close friends OAS ban gaye… ab politicians ke sath ghumenge😅 aur mai yaha 5-10% ka hike mangne baitha hu… koi na…I thought IT mai paisa hai, actually paisa v hai like you have to be in top 10% . Ye career continue karleta lekin yaar ye filed mai future ka stability thodi kaam najar arahi hai😅.

Yes now Accenture is mailing to create a x mas tree and sing the Xmas vedio and upload in portal . Earlier they sent mail to raise funds for ukrain , support lgbt and many more things . These all policies are not relative to India but they are asking and nobody taking its consideration .

I worked in other companies before Accenture and currently on notice period. Got wishes, calls and even had a Diwali party at home with ex-colleagues. The HR of the new company I'm going to join sent Diwali wishes.
But man, our MDs didn't bother to respond to my wishes on WhatsApp. Middle finger to you MFs! I'm done!
