Trending @Cognizant; No discussion on any where about Cts hikes

Normally, when a Big MNC is releasing hikes, even though it was peanuts.. The news will be circulating all over the place right.

But this time , there no discussion any where and even in the montly news letters from cognizant also , we didn't get any mails stating we will be getting merit letters.. Do we really getting letters Tommarow?
