Trending @Accenture; No default promotions 😶

HR's and PMO team are saying that , there will be no default promotions from now and promotions are completely based on performance....is that true???

ASE employees are eligible for a default promotion to Level 11 upon completing 18 months in a project, provided their primary skill is at P2 level or higher and they are currently at Level 12.

That is previously but currently their are saying that there will be no more default promotions from may cycle

This cant be true. I just got default promoted in march after completing 24 months.

There had never been any default promotions here, only sub level movements were default.

Doesnt makes sense for ase . If no default promotions they will switch. Loss for accenture in terms of investment. ASE are total investment for 18-20 months. In nov i think cl12 promotions will happen as usual.
