Trending @Accenture; No default and techleap promotion for ASE's!
Today we had our HR discussion with America's FS market HR, they clearly said that from the June cycle onwards no default and techleap promotion will be given.
It will be very hard to digest who cleared techleap in February and is waiting for their promotion! 😔
Bro these big decisions they wont share with ase as people will try to switch. Default promotion will happen if you complete two years on nov 2025. Regards. Untill and unless you dont have any mail or article from senior leadership dont share things and create panic among others.

For America market, any update on CL 10 promotions? Any % is it like per DU level or project level?
