No creche facility for tcs women employee

According to Indian law there must be a creche facility provided by a company which has 50 or more women employees. So why TCS not having such facility any thoughts

That is because TCS is a parallel government. They have their own laws, regulations and constitution.

TCS also does not have paternity leave policy.
