Hi All,
I have been trying to get in touch with my HR representative via email and teams but there has been no response even after stating urgency. I raised a request from support portal last week for HR but there has been no response. What am I doing wrong and how can I get in touch with the HR. I want to discuss about my career path as I am not happy in my current role.
Write an email to your HR ccing their manager you will get a response in a few hrs.
I checked my HR representative in DIPA. Anywhere else I can check this? Also is it possible to go from Technical role to Scrum role within the organisation? I have upskilled myself with certifications and courses.
Yes you can there should be plenty of options for that. You can find relevant opportunities on your workday.
To know who your HR is, if you don't want to ask your manager simple call Accenture toll free HR number and ask or raise a ticket and ask.
Check in your work day.. To escalate cc the reporting manager of your HR .. You can find that in the profile hierarchy of your HR rep. Same with people lead.. State your reason in detail and you should get a reply in a couple of hours..
