No confirmation from my Manager

I was hired for a python role but they allocated me to a support project in which KT session was pending from a Associate who was on notice period. I knew that project was support project and was not ready to work in that project. My manager escalated to HR by putting allegations on me by mentioning that I was not accepting their calls and not replying emails in which I was available and replying to all calls and emails.I spoke to HR and in the same email thread I asked him to confirm all my roles and responsibilities in the project along with the technologies that I am going to work

I have not got any reply from My manager to that email it's been 3days since ... should I be in alert or wait for their reply kindly suggest
