I haven't received new compensation letter after a year. Should I be concerned or am I in fluidity list?

Send a mail to your BHR that you haven't received your anniversary letter, most probably it's in hold with HR only. After Continuous Feedback it goes to HR.

Give some more details,.. Are you lateral hire or fresher? Allocated or not? Grade?
