My manager has asked for my achievements in PPT format. But i have received no communication so far from them. Also my people lead does not like me and created hindrance in my promotion since last 2 cycles and my manager knows that. Not sure what to expect now in this year's rewards. My MAL is 42.

I hope he hasn't put you on PIP. Because rewards are already released to leads.

No no. I have received multiple client appreciation emails stating that i need to be rewarded. My people lead is a level below my manager. My client has shared multiple emails to my manager stating that i need to be rewarded for customer service excellence awards or equivalent.
