Making law and implementing law are two different things but this is a step in right direction.

Opinion : Totally agree with this decision and supporting it. Reality : The terms of this law are very weak. You can't define "What is a coaching centre?" It can easily be pulled off.

Execution is when rules like these spill the shit. Although I like the idea but assuming places like cp gurukul or chaitanya which have inhouse school, coaching and hostel will say it's holistic school not just coaching saar, zigzag through the rules and make kids onwards 8th 9th class suffer in miserable condition.
