No clarity in TCS
We are hearing so many things in TCS but there is no clarity on what is happening, please share the details if you know genuinely.
I have seen many people i know got fired from project or company itself, whether on bench or on project with support work or even with billing.
HRs, RMGs and Projects are given certain target which they have to fulfill anyhow.
Next round is coming after mid October or i believe after 9th October to reduce the seniors in the project which are C3A and above, and replace them with juniors. Every project is given this target to achieve by December by hool and crook else the project manager will be in trouble.
Bottom line is move out of this company asap.
Same, word to the word agreed.... Only diff as per statement by ceo in last quarter, exercise will continue for this year and that could mean financial year, so it could be till Mar..
Not only TCS, Accenture is also going to fire.
