I heard that this time employees will not receive bonus for mid rating. Is it true?

I am not getting why you guys are spreading news about bonus you will get your bonus on 15 March every year based on your YEA.

Earlier it was happening and they were giving half half amount of bonus two times in a year.

This time also it was half in March 15 so we should recive the other half

Cognizant always gave yearly bonus. There is no concept of mid year bonus
