Trending @Accenture; No bonus fake feedback

Hi guys, I have received 0% bonus and 0% hike in this cycle. They said performance improvement. A month back they gave a fake negative feedback. Stating few things which does is completely false... Only about the technical side i accept i am not so much good at, bcz i do not want to continue in this tech stack. But I do enough to get the deliverables deliver before deadline.. they only provide me task to work upon, i never ask for hard or easy task, but they stated, that my work has not been in eyes of upper management. But what work i am getting is bcz you provide me them. Now can you pls help me, should I raise grievance of it bcz of this, or will it backfire me, bcz I'm kind of actually not very good at the technical side, but enough to get the work done. Manager explicitly told me to look for outside job. It's scaring me. Should I raise the grievance or will it backfire me? Help me? Also they are not giving roll off.
