I completed 1 year in TCS this July 2025, but didn’t get any band after my anniversary appraisal. Just wondering — will I still be eligible for the upcoming hike in Sept 2025?

How much hike do you need? You must have got new compensation letter in July 2025 itself TLDR - No, you will get annual hike in April 2026, in best circumstances.
