Just achieve your targets - that’s it. I stopped giving 100% and I make sure my target is achieved weekly / monthly/ annually. Started preparing for PMP and will be looking for a change soon. Learned this the hard way.

Move out , if you have trust in your skills , move out . World out there is big

Your manager don't need 100% performance that's the problem.
