Capgemini has come up with a unique idea that new joiners won't get appraisals. Is this the way an organization treats its employees.. I joined in New and have completed a year here but I got 0% appraisal. The motivation to work here is dead now. Pathetic..Capgemini
Capgemini has always been like that. Gives either peanuts or zero hike. I left cg last year.

Same here. I got a good rating. Worked hard even more than some of my colleagues. Still 0 appraisal showing mere technicalities. This shows how much they care for people. That's why they don't have loyal employees
