Is this true that if package is higher for particular grade we don’t get appraisal. & how to know if my package is higher or not.

They gave you this reason? Seriously?! You are underpaid for B2 grade. Even some B1 gets more than this still got the hike! B2 salary even reaches till 15lpa!
