Trending @Capgemini; No appraisal nothing. Very less pakages and in hand salary 😫

I am working in capgemini from past 2 Years and till now I have not received any appraisal at all. Now I feel very bad because I joined here as a fresher and the annual pakages is very less you can’t even survive in this much package in Bangalore. The in hand salary can only be sufficient to buy some peanuts. Thatswhy I resigned from here in the month of April and 19th July is the last working day. But the worst thing is that I have not received any offer letter till now and I am thinking after 19th July.😞😞
