There is confirmation that there will be no appraisal in may. However promotion to level 10 and 9 can happen
I joined in Accenture at December and allocated to project in January. I am delivering my tasks in timely manner and no pending tasks in my side., is there is any option to get promotion in upcoming May cycle ?
@Blankfield how are you saying that promotion to lv. 10 can happen ? A brief summary about me :- Joined Aug 2021 as ASE, promoted to SE in Sep. 2022 upon clearing Techleap, now eagerly waiting to get promoted to Level 10. Pls elaborate my chances in detail.

And if positively happened...how much % hike can I expect???pls let me know asap!!!Thanks in advance!!!Also, in my project there is 2 more analysts....Is there a chance for 2 or 3 people to get promoted to level 10 at the same time...in a team or only 1 promotion is possible????
In Accenture promotion is not dependent on your performance. It depends on the leg licking and oiling. Most of the managers are biased. Sometimes HR plays a vital role over managers in other MNC's and employees get justice. In Accenture I observed some managers are useless and they are holding 2/3 resources to save himself/herself and they are getting hike & promotion only as a first preference. Accenture should remove them from hierarchy.
