Trending @HCL; No appraisal after 12 months as GET

The title pretty much covers it. So are we not getting promoted to analyst? Not getting any appraisal or something Because no info from anywhere.

For GET's usually they took some more extra times for a first year to release a hike letter. Check with your manager whether he nominated you for the promotion. Mostly they ll not nominated for first year. Atleast you need to complete 2years.if you have not received promotion for first year, don't loose your hopes. Work hard and project your efforts to your manager. Next year January itself you will check with your manager and do some discussion and request them to nominate you for the promotion.
