No Annual appraisal for 1st year?
I joined in first week of April 2023 and i got no hike this year whereas my friend joined in March 2023, she got appraisal this year just with a difference of 10 days merely.
I think you joined after starting of financial year and she joined before ending financial year that's the difference i guess

How it works, if your frnd joined for example on 29th of march 2024. Your frnd anniversary will be considered on 1st March 2024 also your frnd will get annual appraisal. Now in your case, you joined on 29th April 2023. Your anniversary will bring considered on 1st April. Because you haven’t completed one plus year before FA, you are not going to get annual appraisals.
Ist year anniversary hike has been stopped long back at least 3 years back. I did not get when i joined in 2021. Same was case with few others who joined along with me.
It is not like that , people who are working more than 12 hurs are getting C band .i am one of the them .
Looks like TCS it's trying to recover the Hike that the gave while joining the company
I joined 2021, didn’t get anniversary appraisal in 2022.. policy revised in may 2022.. but I’m not sure same policy still exist

I joined on 4th April and didn't receive any hike, I am not sure who in TCS came up with these unique ideas
