No Active JOB application in Deloitte Portal

Hey recently I cleared all the rounds. Submitted documents on PHT portal. Got call from HR regarding salary discussion. Earlier ot was showing offer in progress.

But now there is no active application showing in deloitte portal. What does it mean?

Can some please explain. Did anyone faced the same issue Earlier. Thanks for the help.
