I heard things have changed big time. Apparently they don't have 6 days anymore and people I know mostly end their day at around 7-ish. This is corporate non tech roles I'm talking about bc they're all there.

It's true the culture used to be bad. But recently It's become really good. The company rebranded itself and along with a new logo it also facilitated a good work culture. Opinions are respected, work hours are flexible and all these changes. start right from the CEO..
