I got zero Bonus after completing all my tasks on time and giving 💯 in my project.

Team lead - Chinar hai !! And the Team Manager is a big one.

The project manager is saying- Boss yeh toh nahi milega. Behavioural issue hai tumhara.

What the fuck is going on. No one knows

Same thing happened with me in Dec, was put on PIP. Reason behavioural issues.
Task delivery doesn't matter. If manager does not like you.

Have you survived in pip? Like how you completed pip... like also got 0% bonus in may.. im scared that I wouls be sent to pip.

All the folks who have not received VP are put on PIP. My case was an exit case. Yesterday was my last working day. Feeling very happy now.

Same with me. They asked me to give more in the work and dedicate myself for extra efforts even though I completed the automation task, did all assigned tasks and got extremely good reviews by the client themselves. Still my dec 24 promotion got pushed to June 25 and still didn't receive it. This time they didn't even call for telling the bonus percentage out of shame (if any left).
Buch of assholes in the higher level of this company
