I am telling this because I joined Accenture as an ASE and completed five years. My biggest mistake of my life was not to switch. I have resigned now.

Don't worry if you don't get promoted via techleap or otherwise, your goal should be switching to a better company asap.
I was promoted during the techleap program and got decent hikes for a couple of years and thought that switching wasn't necessary because of the hikes. Fast forward to today, there have been no hikes (ignoring the small % hike given last December) since almost 3 years. In short, no need to think too much on these small hikes/promotions. Think of upskilling and switching. (I do know that the current marker conditions are not so good, so keep grinding and move out!)

So there will be no promotion through techleap? 😭😭
