I have rotational shifts, so is it mandatory to wfo during the night shifts? Or we can have wfh during night shift, currently there's no instructions on it from my project but still want to know

They might give you WFH for now. But later during promotions, they will say that RTO COMPLIANCE was not followed and hence you're not eligible

Yes, same is happening in every project.

Talk to your project manager tell him you need wfh since you are working in night shifts he most probably add you to exception list where you are allowed to wfh
