Hey, first of all, sorry for the delay in responding. If you eat and sleep correctly (eat healthy and home cooked food, avoid junk and have a fixed sleep and wake up time) then there are practically no issues. If you work out, that’s even better. One thing that stings most people in the social exclusion i.e. you might miss out on parties/going out with friends at night because of work. That’s the only downside I felt.

Night shift questions?

I've never worked in a US shift schedule (9 PM - 5 AM IST) before, but my company is considering alternating shifts starting next month. The proposed schedule would involve working 2 weeks on US hours and 2 weeks on regular Indian hours....
