Trending @HCL; Night shift policy
Hello everyone,
Does HCL have a policy regarding night shifts? I've been working continuously in night shifts for two years now, and it's affecting my health. Could someone please let me know if such a policy exists?

Most of infra projects (DFS) covers support window from 6.30 to 4 am and rotational shifts. Check your domain with other companies whether they support in night shifts or day shifts and confirm.
HCL will be mentioned night shift policy in offer letter terms & conditions page and additionaly you can check in policy hub.
You can request manager to accommodate you in UK shift timings rather than US timings due to health reasons.
You can't get BHA allowance even though work in continuous night shift but get only company cab.
