In offer letter of pwc it's written if night shift is required we need to do, does it mean I can't reject the night shift. Please help!

Night shift

Should I take up a job offer in which every second month involves night shift (11 pm to 7 am)? And other shifts are from 7 am and 3 pm. Too much rotation actually PLUS weekend working too sometimes, weekly off on weekdays.
