Trending @HCL; Night Shift Health Issue

I am facing health issues due to the night shift. Can I be able to opt out of the project. is there any specific duration that we need to work to come out of the project as I recently joined it.

As for opting out of the project depends on your reporting manager and the delivery head of your project and were you aware that ur job is in night shift while joining ? If yes, should have rejected it before..

I know while joining but I haven't thought that it will give this much impact

Ask ur RM to change ur shift timings
If it doesn't work, ask him to release u from the project.

If the situation is still the same, start searching for a new job. Health is more important.
