My manager is asking to do a night shift next week..i don't want to do it. What will happen if I say I'll not do it.

Depends on the manager since it's mentioned in the offer letter that we may have to work in any shifts.

Will you be getting night shift allowance for these 2 months

He must get that. Its in the policy. I work in afternoon shift and I get 550 per day.

You will get decent allowance.
You can say No but I think it's rotational. Everyone will do it in your team. So your plea might not be heard
