Trending @Infosys; Night shift allowance and incentives
I dont know how Infosys pays 2k as night shift allowance for a month. Where other companies are providing 300-500 rupees per day for night shift as allowance. That also I didn't receive for past 2 months. Asked HR. HR mentioned to connect Manager. Manager be like cant do anything. I haven't seen a company so bad. If you raise a ticket it takes 7 days to be in notice and 1 month to resolve. There are many portals to seek help. But its like no use.
Infy pays NSA, 250 per day and 400/day b/w 10-6am, your manager has to add you in NSA pool
Only if it is approved. In some cases when people raise it, they will say ,you are not working every weekends or extending every night. every one extends sometimes. Only if they understand that this sometimes is everytime.
