Can someone please tell me how much is the night shift allowance (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM) and also the VGDM allowance quarterly payout? Also, is this quarterly payout different from the quarterly performance bonus?

the night shift allowance is ₹400, no matter the shift timing. VGDM allowance is indeed different from the quarterly performance bonus. don't confuse the two, they are separate payouts.
