Night Scrum Calls

I'm currently working at a product-based company, where I have a morning scrum at 9:30 AM. In the evening, I also have a scrum with the larger team at 9:30 PM, which sometimes extends until 10:30 PM. These meetings are with the US team, and I often feel quite exhausted because of this. Is this a common setup in IT companies? What can be done to manage this better?

Common practice in almost all companies. The idea behind is to keep the team busy from morning to night.

In my case scrum call extends till 12 AM
