Historically Jan has not been a good performer for NIFTY. I think it's been +ve only 6 or 7 out of the past 17 years iirc. Someone discussed in the Indian Street bets discord
@roct yeah I agree. jan is usually slow for a lot of different sectors as advertiser spending peaks later in the year as demand is slow.
Yeah, March is usually where it starts recovery so might be a good month to invest in. Of course depends on other factors as well
Some Suggestions if you are open to it.
This is a short setup and not the long one. Clear stage 1 visible, then distribution .i.e stage 2 then breakdown of it. Look at the volume expansion when breakdown happened from stage 2 . Currently it is retesting the breakout region with poor range expansion and volumes.
THIS IS A CLASSIC SHORT SET UP on 15 min tf. I really hope trade works out in your favour but chances are very very bleak.
P.S - Structure is bullish on hourly TF and you can look for long opp. on 1hr TF but since the above chart is 15 min TF and it is a very short term trade this is a classic short setup.

Time frame is very small IMO. If you are trading then it’s fine. But, for investing I would wait.
