I can confirm they started micromanaging. One of the guys who was previously in that infamous edtech joined here as a Sr. director. He started micromanaging things. They don't have any clue regarding the products and they are terminating the contracts with one of the well known service based companies(company with variable pay saga). Those employees have a thorough understanding of products. Now that guy is asking for updates daily and man what the hell is this some startup ? Or you guys have not learned lessons from your previous mistakes. If anyone is planning to join, think twice before joining. Their leadership hierarchy is also messed up quite a bit.
