Trending @Infosys; NI rating in the project

I got mail in the infyme app with an unsatisfactory letter. They mentioned that you may be put into the PIP and your manager will talk to you. I got this NI Rating from a previous project. Currently I am working with a different manager on a different project and this project is fine and it is not toxic like the old one. I am able to complete the task on time and getting a little bit of appreciation as well... Will they put me in PIP?

Talk to your current manager, their may not be a reason to initiate pip if ur performance is good off late in the project.

Pay attention to what I say. start searching for a new Job right now . Clear PIP tasks or not. These people can kick you out next year or after PIP. I'm not scaring you. You have 6 months. These people will take away your promotion, increment, everything. And in the name of performance they will ask you to prove yourself. The downfall of Infosys has started. And they have a lot of money. And they have no shortage of any kind of people.
