Trending @Infosys; NI rating and PIP mail

One of my friend got realease from the project as her manager was not promoting her with 4yoe and still as SSE. Now she is in new project but got NI rating from last appraiser and also got PIP mail. Now who will give the PIP tasks to her like new manager or old one? Also will production code continue or she will get a PIP code or something?
