Trending @Infosys; NI for rating, am i in big trouble??😰
For 0ct 23 - sep 24 ( annual) i count rating I got it as "Needs Improvement" as final rating. During that period I was on bench mostly, currently since two months iam on project,
Iam pretty sure there is zero hike for NI rating, also will be in trouble and be out in PIP or closer to termination coz of NI rating?
Anyone who has any awareness on it pls share them below , it would be helpful for me

Prior to last year NI rating folks were not on put on PIP mandatorily , it was upto the manager. But last year HR forced manager to put people on PIP. Being on PIP doesn’t always mean you will be fired. I know 3 people who weren’t , they were on a project under a new manager than the one who assigned them NI rating and the new manager assigned achievable goals and they clearer easily. So it all depends on situation to situation as also know couple of folks who refused to accept PIP and took voluntary resignation as they didn’t trust their manager would set them achievable goals. Your performance bonus will be 0 whole of next year. Hike will be 0 if they consider latest rating for jan hikes

Is pip is for 90 days for all after that they decide to relieve or keep , and relieve u immediately after 90th day if fail to clear? And if we volunteer resign without accepting pip will there be 90days notice or just they will pay 3 month base salary and relieve u immediately??

It's better to search for a new company; otherwise, your mental peace will be non-existent. I never joined Infosys, TCS, or Wipro. Nowadays, their work culture and management are at the worst levels, and you won't learn anything, which is my biggest concern.

If you are currently in project, depends on your current project, you need to do some project technology training and assessment. If you are on bench, you will be assigned training based on your core skill, you need to clear those trainings. And.. In future, new manger will be hesitant to on board you to the project, as they come to know you are in PIP.

What is the current update bro?
