Next Step confusion

I’m exhausted at my current role. The 9+ hours along with a 5hr commute to and fro 5 days a week is causing me to burn out. There’s an office nearby but no odc for my project. Even though I manage at the office, it’s affecting my mental and physical health and I have no time left for myself or to live. It feels like a living to work situation. Even though there could be opportunities to a supervisor role if stayed for years on end, the primary role’s zeal is fading with these strict rules, a toxic team with no recognition and repetitive tasks on end with not much growth. I don’t know about release because it’s not been more than a year here. Dk about quitting because I’m not sure if it’s a good idea. I see TCS as a corporate dynasty with a lot of projects and opportunities. I’m worried if I’ll lose the equilibrium, all the good things that come along with being an employee here (not sure what these things are though) and the comfort of stability. But this pay after spending close to 20L on my uni degree feels like a scam. I’m really confused if I should ask for a release, switch or stay until I can take a sabbatical for higher studies. But should I even consider coming back? Any advise would be of great help.

Then I think you can get released and secure other projects with 2 years experience, is getting released from internal projects tough?

If you are digital or prime then stick for some time in the company and if possible take release and go for internal project they are pretty chill not much workload. Also, 20 lakh for btech degree, which college did you study bro?

ASE-Ninja cadre, release might not be possible in the near future (2 years from now minimum) and I'm already in an Internal project btw.
Tier-1 college, 20 including living and hostel costs for 4yrs.

Why are ypu travelling for 5 hours daily? Stay nearby office location and travel to your home on weekend.. i know its very stressful these days... but you have to find a way.. ypu can start with solution and slowly wprk on yourself, study and after few years switch...

C'mon you know how much they pay freshers right? I've tried that, it leaves you nothing for yourself.

If you will try to switch you will get a job with better compensation so it's your choice now switch or higher studies. Working in this project is not worth it. Take a break of a week and decide

Switch or go ahead with studying abroad, if you have that in pipeline.
