Next Promotion Cycle? HR's??

Hi TCS'ers,

Any idea when does the next promotion cycle would start? Based upon my past experience, guess it would be open for managers to share names of employees from April 1 to April 20!

Am I right?

Or Does anyone know/heard about the exact window which would be open in the near future ?

HR's kindly throw some light since you would be aware for sure!!
