Can anybody tell me what will be the next promotion cycle for a fresher who joined in June 2023. I have one attempt left for techleap, If I give the techleap exam in September and clear it, will I be promoted in December?

Clear TechLeap in September, and you might get promoted in December. Promotions through TechLeap are faster. Default promotions take 24 months. Meet all criteria.
