Hey folks, I’m a Systems Engineer at TCS with 3.8 years of experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer, currently earning 10.3 LPA. 🧑‍💻

I’m at that point where I feel it’s time for the next big leap in my career. Ideally into a Senior Software Engineer (SSE) role — but the big question is: what’s the right CTC jump or move in today’s market? 🤔

🤦🏽 Stop daydreaming dude.. If you really wanted to switch you wouldn't engage in fantasies in social media.. it's not about CTC, it's about clearing the interview
