Next hike??????

I've 2 yrs of experience in Credit Analysis side. Currently, drawing 19.32LPA. How much hike should I ask for a switch? Also, will I get Senior Analyst role with 2 yrs of experience?

Very impressive salary for 2 years of work ex. You can ask for the industry standard of 30-40% hike but not sure if there are many companies who would pay that much at your experience level
