According to last year which was jan 2025 the laterals who joined on or before dec 2023 were eligible for hikes

i am in infosys since april 22. and yet to get. yearly hike yet

Dude, you should forget about hikes first of all, I joined on 21 Sep first week and I got my first hike on March 2025, try to atleast get more than 75% variable quarterly

Can anyone help me for this 👉 Is there a usual timeline for bench allocation post-training? 👉 Are there ways to proactively increase visibility for faster project allocation? 👉 Any recommendations on whom to connect with or any community/channel that helps with allocation updates?

Appraisals happen like clockwork every year in October. If you are asking about hike...well..every year I believe they push it out by 6mths, so a year gets skipped in 2 cycles. This time it happened in Jan25 so i believe next hike in Jun26...if not pushed out further🙂
