If tech guys like us are so reluctant to adopt AI tools...imagine the commoner. Change will be there but it will be very slow.

Like it is impossible to have a universal turing machine, it is also impossible to have a universal AI model that can solve all the problems of the universe. So it will take a lot of time to come up with very smart AI models for every domain.

If you see the power/money equation...the money spent on human for doing some task should be more than the money spent by heavy power usage costly gpu bound machines to solve the same problem. You need new model for every new type of day to day problem. On top of that, you still need someone to use those AI models.
