Trending @Infosys; News sensation Infosys ! Fired 700 freshers! So for lateral Joinee also there is an internal assessment kind of thing?

The question is for lateral Joinee also we need to pass the internal assessment to become a permanent employee in infosys ? Any suggestions/feedbacks/thoughts are welcome.

It was a usual process, Infosys has a training in Mysore Infosys for freshers and whoever fails in 3 attempts in exam won't get 'selected'

Lateral Joinee don't have any internal assessment.
